star Georgie Glen is a million miles from her prim and proper character Miss Higgins in her latest Two comedy role.
The 68-year-old first appears in episode two of the second series of the BAFTA winning Am I Being Unreasonable, which is currently airing on Wednesday nights.
She plays the eccentric Mrs Baggot who helps Jen (played by Selin Hizli) in her time of need. Fans will be delighted to hear she features heavily in the entire series.
Although best know for Call The Midwife, where she has played the stickler Millicent Higgins since season 13 in 2018, Georgie has enjoyed a long and illustruous career.
She has had roles in series including Waterloo Road and Ridley and has also appeared in shows and films such as The Thick of It, Little Britain, The Sarah Jane Adventures, Heartbeat, Doc Martin, My Week With Marilyn, Les Misérables, The Evermoor Chronicles, Jackie, Hetty Feather, The Crown, The Cleaner, The Larkins and Inside No 9.

Back in 2003, she also appeared alongside her Call The Midwife co-star Linda Bassett, who plays Nurse Crane, as part of the star-studded ensemble cast of the movie Calendar Girls.
They appeared in the hit film alongside , Julie Walters, Celia Imrie, Annette Crosbie, and Harriet Thorpe in the true-life tale about a group of middle-aged Yorkshire WI members who produced a nude calendar to raise money for Leukaemia Research.
Georgie played a character called Kathy while Linda appeared as Cora, a shop owner and divorced single mother who was the official pianist of the Knapely WI.
Both featured in the scenes of the calendar shoot which saw the photographer Lawrence Sertain (Phillip Glenister) get creative with iced buns and flower arrangements to produce tasteful nude images of the ladies.

Since both their characters were models in the calendar they appeared in racy scenes where their images were captured for prosperity.
Georgie’s pose sees her standing behind a plant that she appears to be pruning while Linda’s character is photographed sitting at an artist’s easel.
While the role of Mrs. Baggot doesn’t call for Georgie to strip naked she does have several over the top and outlandish scenes which would surely make Miss Higgins squirm.
