has opened up about the struggles fellow star is enduring after a controversy saw him axed from the ‘Strictly’ live tour.
Widely recognised as the Go Compare opera singer, Wynne faced backlash and was ultimately ousted from the tour following an unsavoury remark directed at co-star Janette Manrara during a photoshoot.
After the turmoil, Wynne issued an apology and decided to withdraw from the public eye to concentrate on personal reflection and mental health.
The former JLS sensation voiced his solidarity with Wynne, understanding how tough it is to witness a colleague depart in such an unfortunate way, and conveyed his wishes for Wynne’s recovery through this tough patch.
Speaking to The Sun, JB remarked: “When you’re part of a cast like that, it’s always difficult when you see someone go and obviously the circumstances kind of speak for themselves and I can’t comment on that. But it is sad when you’re part of a big group.”
He continued, indicating hope for Wynne’s recuperation: “I hope so, I’ve not been in direct contact with him, but I think he’s going through a bit of a tough time at the minute. Obviously I’m wishing him well and hoping he’ll be able to come back.”, reports .

This update trails after Wynne ended his two-week hiatus from social media with a succinct message to a Strictly ally, marking a tentative return after stepping back from the limelight, including his spot on radio.

Overwhelmed with joy, she captioned her post: “Winners of the @strictlycomedancinglive tour! ! 24 glitterballs, 35 arenas, a month of travelling around the UK and I get to take the trophy home after 6 months of strictly… this chapter has come to an end, but they all say good things come to an end. What an absolute whirlwind it has been, I really am going to miss this but here’s to more dancing in the future because it doesn’t end here! ” Wynne chimed in with his support, writing: “Well done lovely lady. Xxxx.”
Wynne’s tenure on the tour was cut short following an inappropriate remark aimed at host Janette. Caught on tape as Janette approached the group, he blurted out: “Go Compare,” and warned: “Not too close to Jamie [Borthwick].”
He then uttered the deeply offensive term “spit roast” alluding to a vulgar sexual act.
executives initially gave him just a warning, but they eventually succumbed to mounting pressure, leading to Wynne’s withdrawal from the live shows.
The Welsh star issued another apology for his actions, stating: “I’ve agreed with the that I’ll take some time out from my radio show and the Strictly Live tour, as well as my other public commitments, to prioritise my wellbeing.”

“I am deeply sorry for the pain my inappropriate actions have caused, and plan to take this time for self-reflection. Apologies to those I won’t get to see at the remaining performances and I’m grateful to my fellow tour gang for all the amazing support they have given me.”
