Loose Women presenter Ruth Langsford stunned her co-hosts with a candid on-air confession about a desperate toilet situation.
During a discussion on the topic ‘where do you stand on dog poo?’ on Tuesday’s show (February 11), Ruth shared a personal anecdote about a time when she urgently needed to use the toilet while participating in a 5k run.
With no nearby facilities, Ruth described her growing panic, saying: “My my top lip started to sweat and my eyes are darting.”
Feeling she wouldn’t make it home in time, Ruth spotted a secluded area with bushes and quickly took advantage of the makeshift toilet.
She recounted: “Leggings down and then leggings up and I was so shocked that I just shot back out of the bushes. I went home shaking the whole time thinking, ‘Please [say] no one saw me.”
