Emmerdale star says ‘it’s huge privilege’ ahead of limo death stunt

The soap is gearing up for a heart-stopping week as the men and women of are divided for an evening of celebration.

Kerry Wyatt, played by Laura Norton, hits the jackpot in a raffle, leading to an all-girls joyride featuring Amy Wyatt (Natalie Ann Jamieson), Tracy Metcalfe (Amy Walsh), Vanessa Woodfield (Michelle Hardwick), Suzy Merton (Martelle Edinborough), Chas Dingle (Lucy Pargeter), Leyla Harding (Roxy Shahidi), Mandy Dingle (Lisa Riley) and (Emma Atkins).

In contrast, their male counterparts – including Liam Cavanagh (Jonny McPherson), Mackenzie Boyd (Lawrence Robb), Sam Dingle (James Hooton), Bear Wolf (Joshua Richards), Matty Barton (Ash Palmisciano), Caleb Miligan (Will Ash), (Jeff Hordley), and Paddy Dingle (Dominic Brunt) – embark on their adventure.

Jonny McPherson shared a sneak peek into the storyline, revealing: “Liam plans to propose to Chas but do it in an exciting and romantic manner. So Liam decides he’s going to buy up about eighty percent of the tickets, just to make sure he’s the winner.”

“Sadly, that doesn’t turn out to be the case – as Kerry wins. So poor Liam is then forced to come up with another plan to ensure he can still go through with proposing in a limo to Chas. So acquires another limo hired from Suzy and hopes his plan is sorted and back on track.

“But then he learns the girls have decided to have an entirely girls night hour in their limo, so Chas is no longer free that evening. He feels a bit defeated so it ends up with Liam suggesting that the lads could all have a night out in the other limousine.

“Liam adores Chas and wants to do something special to convey to her the magnitude of his love. He wants to propose in a proportionate way to the level of this love and doesn’t want to just do a standard one knee in a restaurant sort of thing.”, reports Leeds Live.
