Prince Harry’s five-word demand to Meghan before sweet moment revealed by lip reader

reportedly gave a five-word demand to his wife, , before they packed on the PDA during the opening ceremony of the Invictus Games in Canada, according to a lip reader.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex headed to Vancouver, Canada, this weekend for the seventh Invictus Games.

On Saturday, the couple made fans go wild after they shared passionate moments during the opening ceremony when they shared a kiss in the stands.

According to lip reader Nicola Hickling, Harry made a comment to his wife just before the sweet moment.

She told The : “For the first part of the clip, Harry says ‘give us a kiss then’.

“Meghan gives him a kiss on the lips and says ‘all the best’.”

In another clip where Harry and Meghan are seen enjoying a ride on a golf buggy, the duchess also gave a sweet comment to her husband.

Ms Hickling said: “Meghan says ‘make them cheer’, and Harry shouts ‘yeh come on come on'”.

Harry gave powerful speech at the opening ceremony of Games, which had a star-studded line-up of performers, including Nelly Furtado, Coldplay’s Chris Martin and Katy Perry.

Speaking in front of 40,000 people, condemned “weak moral character in the world” before he thanked the veterans.

Harry said: “At this moment when there is no shortage of crises, no absence of uncertainty, no lack of weak moral character in the world, the values you embody—the way you carry yourselves—not only at the Invictus Games, but each and every day… your courage, your resilience, your humanity… illuminate a path forward for us all. And for that, we thank you.”

Harry and Meghan cheered and clapped for the United Kingdom’s team as the competitors walked on to the stage. The duke noticed the camera on him and smiled and waved.

More than 500 competitors from 23 nations will take part in the games, which go on until Sunday, February 16.

The games aim to “inspire recovery, support rehabilitation and generate a wider understanding and respect for those who have served their country”, the Royal British Legion said.

They were first held in London in 2014, in Orlando in 2016, Toronto in 2017, Sydney in 2018, The Hague in 2022 and Dusseldorf in 2023.

Harry previously said this year’s games would offer “a global platform to expand the range and profile of winter adaptive sports”.

“With deep respect, I’m also pleased to share that the games in Canada will be held in partnership with the first nations, in the spirit of truth and reconciliation with indigenous communities,” he added.
