Prime Video has unveiled a gripping trailer for its upcoming drama series set to debut next month seeing one of the stars of lead. Fear, a three-part psychological thriller, explores every parent’s worst nightmare as a couple faces accusations of child abuse from a menacing neighbour.
The teaser introduces viewers to Martyn (Martin Compston) and Rebecca (Anjli Mohindra), who relocate with their two children from London to Glasgow. Their dream of a fresh start quickly turns into a nightmare when their unsettling basement-dwelling neighbour Jan (Solly McLeod) starts making disturbing remarks to Rebecca and initiates a campaign of intimidation against the family.
When the authorities fail to intervene, Martyn and Rebecca are left feeling helpless. A tense game of cat and mouse ensues between Solly and the couple, who find themselves under his constant surveillance.
Martyn’s father (James Cosmo) attempts to step in, but Solly always seems to be one step ahead. Viewers will have to watch to discover who is telling the truth in this conflict between Solly and the family.
Filmed in Glasgow, Fear also features Game of Thrones’ Daniel Portman, Anneika Rose from Crossfire, Deadwater Fell’s Maureen Beattie, and Bhav Joshi of The Diplomat, reports the .

The creators behind The Rig and The Sixth Commandment have made the new offering for thriller enthusiasts, with scriptwriter Mick Ford, known for The Stranger and After the Flood, at the helm.
UK and Ireland audiences are in for a treat as they can binge-watch the entire series when it launches on March 4 on Prime Video.
Touted to be a rollercoaster of emotions, Fear was announced by Prime Video last year. The series is set to make its debut at the Glasgow Film Festival, and lead actor Compston took to to express his excitement.

He posted an image of his character Martyn with the caption: “Chuffed to bits ‘FEAR’ is gonna have its premiere on home turf at @glasgowfilmfest later this month.
