Reality TV personality has raised eyebrows among medical professionals and her family following her latest bout of cosmetic surgery in Turkey. The mother-of-five was seen at a nightclub in with her nose bandaged, downing shots just days after returning from an Istanbul clinic.
While in Turkey, she reportedly underwent several procedures – including ear pinning, ‘fox eyes’ and a nose job.
The former model is no stranger to surgical enhancements, having undergone numerous procedures since rising to fame nearly 30 years ago. The 46 year old has previously confessed to suffering from and heartbreakingly admitting that she “feels so ugly” during a television interview in 2023.

However, the current concerns for Katie are not about her surgeries but rather her recovery process. The star recently caused concern when she was seen partying just days after her latest operation, reports .

A Snapchat video from a Saturday night in South Yorkshire showed Katie, dressed in a black crop top revealing her stomach tattoo, distributing shots to the crowd before downing one herself.
Concerns are mounting for the 46 year old who has undergone at least 17 breast augmentations, six facelifts, liposuction, and numerous other cosmetic procedures. A source told OK!: “Katie’s had lots of surgeries so she tends to play them down, but they’re not all minor,” adding, “She has to undergo various types of anaesthesia and she’s doing it in a foreign country, far away from home. Everyone knows partying after surgery is a very bad idea.”
Post-operative care typically involves a five-week period of rest, especially after procedures like rhinoplasty, as clinics advise against strenuous activities to allow the body to heal properly. Alcohol consumption is particularly discouraged due to its impact on the healing process, including potential swelling from fluid retention and increased infection risk.

While it hasn’t been confirmed that Katie was drinking, her recent night out could be considered “strenuous” by medical standards.
Gerard Lambe, a top surgeon and director of Reflect Clinic UK, expressed grave concerns about Katie’s appearance in Barnsley after her surgery, warning that neglecting post-surgical care could lead to fatal consequences.
“Katie runs the risk of exhausting her body’s potential to recover and experiencing wound breakdown and infection, but most worrying is the risk of a bleed, especially after facelift surgery which involves a very delicate process,” he cautioned.
“The sutures, or stitches in layman terms, are at risk of shifting or even popping undone. It is quite gruesome and can be totally avoided by taking good care of herself in the first place.
It’s possible for her facial surgery to both tear and bleed even a week after surgery if blood pressure is raised from exertion or excessive alcohol even with laughing and screaming I have occasionally seen life-threatening haematomas develop, so Katie could be risking her life.”
He also stressed the importance of rest for recovery, noting that the body needs energy reserves to heal properly, and highlighted the additional risk of liver strain if Katie was consuming alcohol while on pain medication post-surgery.
“To see her not give her body a chance to rest and repair but to possibly be drinking alcohol is very risky. Her liver a key organ is under additional strain and if she’s had surgery and not just aesthetic injections, she is most likely on painkillers. This can be a fatal combination.”
Katie confessed the day after her club appearance that she was in discomfort, informing fans her eyes were “stinging” and “stuck together” following her late night. This is nothing new for the mother-of-five.

In her latest autobiography, This Is Me, released last summer, Katie admitted she wasn’t bothered by post-surgery recovery, stating: “I do look beaten up but I’m used to that now and I don’t mind that look.”
Our insider suggested, considering she’s planning more surgeries including a Brazilian bum lift, there’s concern about her future direction. “She’s said herself that she’s lost count of how many surgeries she’s had and that’s a big worry for those close to her. The question is, when will this stop?” they questioned.
“It’s like she’s pressing the self-destruct button. It could be a cry for attention and, if so, that’s a dangerous game to play when it comes to surgery because they take a toll on a person’s body and can have serious consequences if things go wrong.”
