viewers were forced to switch over as interviewed the parents of Southport victims Bebe King and Elsie Dot Stancombe.
The episode was dedicated to the parents’ heartbreaking words as they paid tributes to their daughters, who were killed by Axel Rudakubana at a Taylor Swift workshop on July 19 2024.
During the heartbreaking interviews, fans took to social media to admit they were finding the show a difficult watch as it was so tragic.
One said: “I can’t bear to watch this. I know I should, but it feels so uncomfortable to me. Not because I think the parents shouldn’t do it but because it’s too raw.”
Another added: “As heart breaking as this is,they need to stop showing the interview continuously, it’s too sad to watch.”
A third agreed: “I feel guilty watch the parents grieve, I feel like I’m intruding.” A fourth said: “Well @GMB was an hard watch this morning!”
A fifth responded to them: “I had to switch it over.”

Bebe King’s parents left Ed Balls and fighting tears as they shared their final moments with their daughter after she died.
They said: “She was in her pyjamas, we read to her, the family visited her, and the final day we lay next to her. We did our final goodbye. She was so mighty, but so strong and so kind at the same time.
“She was a beautiful, funny, crazy, gorgeous girl, and her legacy, it can’t be defined by what’s happened, I feel like a lioness and I’ve got to protect my child, she was pure light, she was pure joy.

“In spirit she can still have an impression on the world, she can help just the future, protecting children, and I believe she is going to move mountains regardless.”
As the camera returned to the studio, Susanna turned to Ed and asked: “They’re remarkable aren’t they?” as Ed couldn’t speak while he fought back tears.
Susanna turned back to camera and said “They are remarkable,” as they thanked them for appearing on the show.
