Emmerdale fans are speculating about a potential plot twist following the discovery of Anthony Fox’s body after a limousine accident.
Recent episodes saw Anthony (played by Nicholas Day) face consequences for his past sexual abuse of his estranged daughter, Ruby Fox-Milligan (Beth Milligan), during her teenage years.
Viewers were first alerted to his crimes through flashbacks to Ruby’s sixteenth birthday party. It was later revealed that Anthony was also the father of Ruby’s daughter, Steph Milligan (Georgia Jay).
Upon discovering this, Caleb confronted Anthony at gunpoint, demanding he confess his sins. However, Anthony managed to evade him and arranged a meeting with Steph at a depot.
Instead of Steph, he was met by Aaron Dingle (Danny Miller), who had learned of Anthony’s dark past and sought justice for Ruby. A fierce altercation ensued, with Aaron landing several deadly blows.

John meticulously cleaned up the crime scene and promised Aaron he would take care of the body, according to the Manchester Evening News. Viewers then saw him wrapping up Anthony’s body, sparking speculation that he may have dumped it in a nearby lake.
