Sunday is upon us, and fans are buzzing with anticipation for the face-off between the Kansas City Chiefs and the Philadelphia Eagles.
Travis Kelce, a key player for the Chiefs, can count on his girlfriend, pop sensation , to be cheering him on from the stands, as she often does. The football star reciprocates the support by frequently attending her concerts, even making an appearance on stage during her London performance last year.
During 2024’s Super Bowl, Taylor was joined in her VIP suite by best friend and ‘It Ends With Us’ actress The pair celebrated alongside Ashley Avignone, Lana Del Rey, Ice Spice, Miles Teller, Keleigh Teller, and Travis’ parents.
However, it seems unlikely that Blake will join the festivities this year due to her ongoing legal dispute with ‘It Ends With Us’ co-star Justin Baldoni.
Daily Mail has claimed Taylor missed Blake off the guest list, but the star wouldn’t have attended anyway, as an insider said: “Lively never intended to attend the championship game because she doesn’t want her legal battle to “overshadow” Swift and her boyfriend Travis Kelce’s “big night.”
The source said: “Taylor is not shading Blake [nor] is she trying to teach her a lesson. It isn’t like that. Even if Taylor did invite Blake, Blake would not come.
“She would never want to make Taylor’s big night – where she is going to see the love of her life play in another Super Bowl – about her. Blake would not want to overshadow Taylor ever.”

Blake has launched a lawsuit against Justin over alleged sexual harassment and claims of a targeted PR campaign designed to smear her reputation following their film collaboration.
In response, Justin has countersued Blake and her husband, Ryan Reynolds, for a staggering $400 million, accusing them of trying to “destroy” his reputation and career. It has also been reported that Blake and Ryan’s legal team have filed a notice indicating their intention to dismiss Justin’s lawsuit, in accordance with Judge Lewis Linman’s court order outlining the progression of the case, reports .
In Justin’s countersuit, he alleges Taylor was at Blake’s New York penthouse for a discussion regarding a movie re-write.
Don’t miss… [HELP] [EXPLAINER]
Documents reveal Justin accused Blake of trying to strong-arm him with her star power, labelling her husband Ryan and friend Taylor as “absolute titans” and likening them to her “dragons.”
The latest news has apparently left Blake “horrified” to see Taylor implicated in the legal wrangle. If Justin’s attorney, Bryan Freedman, resolves to depose Taylor, she could find herself interrogated on camera for an extended period about her involvement in the ongoing dispute.
In other developments, it seems Blake is set to give the Super Bowl a miss. A source relayed to the Daily Mail: “Blake has not left the house since this started practically. Taylor wants nothing to do with this trial and court case.”
