This year’s competition is accessible to millions thanks to free-to-air TV broadcasts in the UK. With 15 games taking place over the five rounds, there will be plenty of drama, all the way up to the last showdown between France and Scotland on March 15.

Six Nations dates and info
The Six Nations kicked off on January 31 and will go on until Saturday, March 15. Across these weeks, we will witness competitive matches with teams battling it out in a round-robin format.
Each of the six teams will play one another, with the team topping the points table being declared as the winner. If a team wins all five matches, they will complete a Grand Slam, an achievement last done by Ireland in 2023.
The matches will take place in six venues across the six countries. The venues are Twickenham Stadium (London), Stade de France (Paris), Aviva Stadium (Dublin), Stadio Olimpico (Rome), Murrayfield Stadium (Edinburgh) and Millennium Stadium (Cardiff).

In the UK, and ITV are both providing coverage for the Six Nations, bringing you tries, tackles, and heart-stopping moments from the tournament.
The home matches of Scotland and Wales will be broadcast on in the UK while home matches of England, Ireland, France and Italy will be shown on ITV. Every match from the tournament will be available to watch on either One or ITV1.
If you can’t be near a TV, you will still have plenty of options. Both iPlayer and ITVX will provide streaming options for all the Six Nations games live or on demand.
