The has become a staple in households over the past few years, helping to make cooking easier, as well as keeping energy prices down.
Eloise Head, who is popularly known as Fitwaffle, detailed her for a delicious air fryer , packed full of flavour.
In an video from January, she said: “Let’s make the most amazing mac and cheese in the air fryer.
“It’s super easy, you don’t even need to boil the pasta, everything literally cooks together in one dish.”
Make sure you have a casserole dish that’s safe to put in the air fryer
A bonus of Fitwaffle’s dish is that you can throw it all in the serving dish and whip it up, no need for additional utensils, and minimal mess.
She also added some additional flavour from some barbecue sauce, which Eloise said is an “elite combo”.
Eloise’s Reel has been viewed over a massive 432,000 times, receiving 12,100 likes and 64 comments, with a number of people sharing praise and their own ideas.

Air fryer Macaroni cheese
Ingredients
- 100g-140g Cheddar & Red Leicester cheese, grated
- 50g-70g fresh mozzarella, torn into chunks
- 160g dried macaroni/spiral pasta
- 300ml water
- 120ml double cream
- One tsp paprika
- One tsp garlic granules
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Optional: chopped fresh chives
Method
Put the macaroni, water, cream, half of all the cheese, salt, pepper, garlic and paprika in an air fryer-safe dish and stir it together. Air fry at 180C for ten to 12 minutes.
Stir through half of the remaining grated cheese. Air fry again at 180C for ten minutes.
Give it a stir and top with more cheese. Air fry again at 180C for seven to eight minutes until the cheese is crispy and golden on top, and the pasta is cooked.
Let it stand for ten minutes to help thicken up. Top with chopped chives and dig in.
