In a chilling turn of events, recently released footage depicts Tyshael Martin, a 34-year-old woman accused of instructing her Rottweiler to fatally attack 9-year-old Jamaria Sessions, telling authorities: “I didn’t murder her”.
Martin, who is facing a first-degree murder charge and the possibility of the death penalty, has been accused of subjecting Jamaria to an appalling campaign of abuse.
It is alleged that she incited the dog to bite the terrified child, with disturbing audio revealing her stating: “I’m fixin’ to kill her.”
The young girl’s lifeless body was discovered the following morning, bearing numerous bites, burns, cuts, and bruises. Jamaria’s father, 27-year-old LoJuan Sessions, is facing charges of aggravated manslaughter for allegedly failing to safeguard his daughter.
A police interview has surfaced in which Martin, appearing unnervingly calm, attempts to downplay her incriminating statements, claiming they were merely an attempt to “scare” Jamaria. Furthermore, she appears perplexed as to why she is being charged with murder, declaring: “I mean, I just want to say I didn’t cause her death. I didn’t kill her, I didn’t murder her. I didn’t do none of it.”
US Woman who ordered huge Rottweiler to kill helpless girl, 9, now facing death penaltyA Florida woman has been accused of murdering her boyfriend’s 9-year-old daughter — after her home security cameras caught her beating the girl and getting her 103-pound Rottweiler to maul her, according to authorities.Tyshael Elise Martin, 34, claimed to have discovered little Jamaria Sessions unresponsive when she went to wake her up for a family vacation to California on June 17, WESH 2 reported. But investigators sought out footage from their Montverde home’s security system because the little girl was covered in cuts, bruises, burns and even bite marks, the outlet said. Martin grilled the detectives about the serious charges levelled against her, asking incredulously, “Why am I being charged with premeditated murder”,
Their response pointed to her remarks in the critical moments before Jamaria’s death, however, Martin insisted those words were meant simply to “scare” the girl. An officer shot back, asserting that such “Scare tactics was also premeditation.”
Revealing details from the investigation, a detective detailed the litany of injuries sustained by Jamaria, noting on record that she had been struck, her teeth broken and that she might have even been bitten in the head by the dog, all while being neglected basic necessities like food and water.

Martin countered, claiming Jamaria’s dental injuries came from a fall on a treadmill and appeared to partially point the finger at her partner for the girl’s demise. She reflected, “I just, I mean, when you say accountable, I feel like I probably could have done more to, you know, possibly prevent things from happening.”
Over 3,000 harrowing videos retrieved from home CCTV have assisted the police in piecing together the young girl’s dreadful experiences, which exposed burns and additional wounds pre-dating the canine assault.
The recordings included the chilling episode where Martin directed the large dog towards the child on June 16. Lake County officers were summoned to the scene by medics the next day, only to find Jamaria lifeless and unresponsive in her bed.
Horrific details have emerged from court documents, detailing the extent of injuries inflicted upon a young girl. She bore “a significant number of abrasions, small punctures, burns, possible bite marks, and bruising covering her body, all in various stages of healing.”
More chilling is the probable cause affidavit, which reveals footage of Jamaia allegedly being savagely assaulted by the family’s pet, a 103lb male Rottweiler.

Reports from local media imply that Martin held the leash, seemingly “encouraging the dog to bite” Jamaria as she lay prone on the ground. The barbaric episode didn’t end there; subsequent video clips show Jamaria staggering around naked and dishevelled.
In a disturbingly callous act, as revealed by the document, Martin apparently commanded the child to maintain an upright position with her arms raised, but when the severely injured Jamaria began to falter, Martin reportedly delivered a brutal kick that knocked her down.
According to the affidavit: “The child lay motionless, moaning in pain, as Tyshael Martin continued to kick her hip and eventually her stomach area at full force.”
