Temptation Island, the racy TV drama, is causing a stir with its Spanish version, La Isla de las Tentaciones, becoming a social media sensation due to its steamy and outrageous content.
A particular scene from the show has had viewers in shock as José Carlos Montoya watches his girlfriend, Anita Williams, get intimate with fellow contestant Manuel.
The dramatic moment unfolds as host Sandra Barneda shows Montoya a live feed of Anita and Manuel getting intimate under the covers, oblivious to Montoya’s watchful eyes from the beach.
Distraught, Montoya tears open his shirt and dashes down the beach towards the villa, followed by a camera crew in hot pursuit.
As the footage spreads like wildfire online, one viewer exclaimed: “Please everyone put on Spain’s Temptation Island. I promise you don’t need subtitles to enjoy, pure CINEMA.”
Another agreed it was indeed “cinema”, while others expressed their eagerness to see what happens next. “I need to watch Temptation Island España,” exclaimed one, while another added: “That Spanish Temptation Island clip is the exact kind of steamy drama I’ve been wanting Love Island to give.”

There’s been a mix of sympathy and criticism for Montoya’s heartbreak among Spanish viewers, who pointed out his own previous indiscretions on the show, which involved a lap dance and a kiss with another contestant. Yet, some defended Montoya’s actions as relatively tame compared to his partner Anita’s.
Where can you watch Temptation Island in the UK?
Unfortunately for us, the Spanish version of Temptation Island is not available to stream in the US or the UK
La isla de las tentaciones is aired on free-to-air channel Telecinco in Spain and is available to Spanish residents via the Mitele streaming site. However, the streaming platform is geolocated to the country. This means those who don’t live in Spain cannot access it.
