to carry out two important royal engagements surrounding the issue of mental health and rural farming.
The Prince of Wales, who holds the title of The Duke of Rothesay in Scotland, spent the day yesterday learning about how some of the community-led organisations in parts of the country are helping to tackle rural isolation and loneliness, and what else can be done.
While many royal fans were quick to praise William, 43, and his work with the farming community, others were quick to point out the prince’s one feature that continues to remind them of his late mother Princess Diana.
After photographs of the prince were shared on social media yesterday, fans couldn’t help but point out his “warm blue eyes”.
Taking to X on Thursday evening, fans said the future King’s eyes remind them of the late Princess Diana, who died in 1997.

One fan wrote on X: “No matter how old he gets that will always be Diana’s face looking back at us.”
A second commented: “’s blue eyes and Spencer genes on full display.”
A third said: “He takes after his Mum.”
A fourth wrote: “His mother’s blue eyes and the same expression when she was concerned and listening to people.”

As well as often being compared to his mother, the prince’s children are also said to take after Diana in some ways.

One fan once wrote on X: “Princess Charlotte has such a beautiful and gracious resemblance to her grandmother Princess Diana.”
Another said: “The resemblance between Princess Diana and Princess Charlotte is striking.”
