While his older siblings Prince George, 11, and Princess Charlotte, nine, have also had their moments in their younger years, none have been as cheeky as the prince.

Eager Royal fans have noticed that Prince Louis’s facial expressions and playful actions often resemble those of another member of the Royal Family.

The six-year-old appears to have taken after his grandfather King Charles, with the pair often pulling similar meme-worthy facial expressions and the resemblance is uncanny.

An unearthed black-and-white picture from 1950 shows a young Charles standing on a wall at Clarence House to watch a procession during the visit of Queen Juliana of the Netherlands.

The youngster showed off his cheeky side and sweetly jabbed his hands into the air. The nostalgic picture closely resembles a photograph taken in June 2023 at Trooping the Colour showing an enthusiastic Prince Louis mastering a series of playful dance moves.

On the Palace balcony, the young prince was spotted covering his ears from the noise before pretending to be a daring pilot in the sky above and jabbed his hands in the air.

The photo, which is different to those typically released by members of the Royal Family, shows the Princess of Wales, 43, standing on a tree trunk in a woodland area.

In a heartfelt personal message alongside the picture, Kate wrote: “Don’t forget to nurture all that which lies beyond the disease. C. #WorldCancerDay.”

It is the first photograph taken by Louis to ever be publicly published.

The news that Louis was behind the lens has been met with much happiness by royal fans, who believe he has inherited his mum’s love for photography.

One person wrote on : “Looks like Louis has got his mother’s love for photography.”
