head judge has revealed the extreme eating tip that helps her maintain her size 10 figure at the age of 64.
The former dancer says she keeps herself in shape by eating just one meal a day.
She said: “The first year on the tour, I gained 10 pounds just in that one month. Then I realised you cannot eat breakfast, lunch and dinner, Shirley, you are over the age of 60!”
Shirley explained that she skips breakfast and has a juice around lunchtime. She then eats one meal at around 5 pm, which typically consists of rice alongside lean chicken or beef.
She added to : “I do . I’ve realised the body doesn’t need as much food as I keep stuffing in my face, so I do take care of it.”

The tension heightened even more in the fourth episode when Shirley’s team triumphed over Mel’s team in a challenge named Walk The Plank, where participants had to traverse water filled with critters, reports the .

“Of course, I’m not here complaining, whining, or moaning. I’m not going to go in, so I don’t really know what your point is.”
The conversation escalated as they talked over each other, with Mel attempting to justify herself by saying: “I’m just talking to you.” Shirley retorted sharply, “Well, you don’t really talk, do you? You direct, you’re in somebody’s face.”
To which Mel responded: “I know because I’m just who I am.”
The reality competition, hosted by Holly Willoughby, throws 12 celebrities into the Costa Rican jungle to become prey for survival expert Bear Grylls.
