Chiefs heiress Gracie Hunt reacts to Donald Trump congratulating team

‘Sometimes I just look at whoever I’m talking to and I’m like yeah that just wasn’t on my 2025 bingo card.’

As the Kansas City Chiefs have risen to the top of the sporting world, becoming somewhat of a dynasty in the NFL, they’ve had many big names wish them well along the way.

While the team obviously has received plenty of support from global superstar Taylor Swift and her celebrity friends, one person that offered their congratulations to the team just so happens to arguably be on top of the world: U.S. President Donald Trump.

Trump made a tribute to the team on social media after the Chiefs defeated the Buffalo Bills to punch their ticket to this year’s Super Bowl, which kicks off this Sunday in New Orleans.

One person that hasn’t let the whirlwind of success the team has enjoyed pass them by is Gracie Hunt, the eldest daughter of team owner Clark Hunt.

“It’s pretty cool. It’s pretty awesome,” she told Gaines. “Sometimes I just look at whoever I’m talking to and I’m like yeah that just wasn’t on my 2025 bingo card. But wow that’s just absolutely incredible.”

Trump had posted his congratulations to the Chiefs on Truth Social after the AFC Championship.

“Congratulations to the Kansas City Chiefs,” Trump wrote. “What a GREAT team, Coach, Quarterback, and virtually everything else, including those fantastic FANS, that voted for me (MAGA!) in record numbers.”

He also added that he expected the Bills, who often have been on the wrong side of the outcome in playoffs when facing K.C., to do “a lot of winning long into the future.”

Earlier this week, it was reported that Trump was expected to attend Super Bowl LIX in New Orleans.

Trump would become the first sitting president to attend the Super Bowl if he makes the trip to Louisiana.

While he did congratulate the Chiefs, Trump has not commented on who he will be cheering for during the big game.
