Canadian DJ Kaytranada will be joined by legends of EDM at the 2025 FVDED in the Park summer music festival.
The annual event that began as a regular Vancouver club night evolved into a multistage showcase for leading local, national and international dance music acts. Subsequent years have seen the lineup venture into hip-hop, crossover pop and more.
Presenters Live Nation Entertainment and Blueprint report that the 2025 edition of the festival is “going into its biggest year, bringing in some of the industry’s top talent.”
Montreal DJ and producer Kaytranada previously won two Grammy Awards at the 2021 event. He was nominated for a trio of 2025 Grammys for his remix of the Doechii tune Alter Ego, as well as best dance/electronic album for his release Timeless and best dance/electronic recording for his Childish Gambino-featured-tune Witchy.
He lost in the album category to Charli XCX for her album Brat.
Justice and Tame Impala won best dance/electronic recording, and FNZ and Mark Ronson won for their remix of Sabrina Carpenter’s Espresso.
