A Loose Women star had to apologise to TV viewers after mistakenly uttering a swear word live on-air. Craig Doyle fronted the special Loose Men edition of the popular programme on Wednesday, 5 February.
Craig led the episode alongside Danny Jones, , and Jordan Banjo. The spin-off show airs throughout the year with an all-male panel highlighting the importance of male mental health struggles.
Amid various conversations, including one about a trend where men aim to bulk up their glutes at the gym, Craig burst out with: “There’s one thing we Irish are blessed with, being catholic and a huge a**e!”
He followed this quip with: “I am blessed with both!” before he swiftly realised his blunder. Apologising, he corrected himself: “Huge bottom, sorry! Beep!”

The latest episode of Loose Men also tackled topics such as romance, commitment, drinking habits, tattoos, among others, reports .
In a moment of openness, TOWIE star Pete shared insights into his single status and reluctance towards commitment in love.
“I’m the only one on the panel that’s not married with kids. I am probably well known for being a bit of a commitment-phobe, and I’ve never hidden that fact,” he confessed, before exploring the reasons behind his wariness of settling down.

He went on to say: “I think there are loads of different reasons why. I do think men are often described as being commitment-phobes and not as much women, but I do think that is rubbish. I’ve got to say I do think women are, I would say, just as bad, but I don’t necessarily see it as a bad thing either.
“I think everyone assumes that you have to commit, you have to do this [and] to do this because society tells us you have to be married and you have to have kids – and you have to do all this sort of stuff by a certain age.”
Loose Men is available to stream on ITV X now. Loose Women airs weekdays at 12.30pm on ITV1.
