Emmerdale enthusiasts are speculating that a beloved villager may meet their end in the coming week, but not as a result of being trapped under ice after the fatal limo accident. In forthcoming episodes of the ITV drama, Caleb Miligan (portrayed by William Ash) begins to suspect his brother (Jeff Hordley) of having an affair with his wife Ruby Fox-Miligan (Beth Cordingly).
Prior to Anthony Fox’s (Nicholas Day) murder, he had informed Caleb about Cain and Ruby’s secret liaison. However, when confronted, Cain denied all allegations despite their truthfulness.
The plot thickens next week when Caleb finds a morning-after pill at home and realises it couldn’t possibly belong to his daughter.
As Caleb struggles to contain his anger towards his brother, his desire for retribution is palpable.
Before the villagers embark on their limo ride, Caleb tries to steer clear of his brother Steph (Georgia Jay), especially after she mentions witnessing an uncomfortable exchange between Cain and Ruby.

The villagers then split into two groups for their limo night out, with the men in one vehicle and the women in another.
When the designated drivers fail to show up, (Emma Atkins) and Caleb step in to drive.
Soon enough, chaos ensues in one limo while an argument erupts in the other, leading to both drivers being distracted and swerving off course due to unrelated incidents, reports

A flashforward scene broadcast in December showed Caleb hospitalised and Cain looming over a grave, sparking fan theories that Caleb perishes in the limo accident.
Viewers have noted Caleb’s recent complaints of headaches, fuelling speculation he might suffer a heart attack or brain haemorrhage while driving, leading to the crash.
On Facebook, a viewer speculated: “Caleb doesn’t wear a wedding ring, I think he has a heart attack whilst driving, the girls limo ends up in the water, Layla will die, and maybe Cain will feel guilty because he can only save Chas.”
