Melania Trump has been hailed as a “pillar of strength” for her husband, , as he embarks on his second term as President of the United States.
At 78 years old, Donald became the 47th President after his inauguration last month. It came after he secured an historic return after defeating Democrat in the Presidential Election in November.
Melania’s close friend and personal photographer, Regine Mahaux, describes the First Lady as an excellent “very good number two” to her husband. The couple recently marked their 20th wedding anniversary.
Regine attributes the success of their marriage to Melania’s ability to provide “balance” to her billionaire spouse, allowing him to “take the light” while she supports him from behind the scenes. Despite this, Regine insists that Melania is a “strong” woman.
In an interview with , she expressed her admiration: “There is something in her – the strong woman – but at the same time, there is a soft power; she’s really good at balancing her husband.”

“Sometimes I wonder how she could have the courage to keep on going; they’ve gone through so much. She’s committed. She loves him and he loves her.”
According to Regine, the couple’s demanding schedules often keep them apart, but they always seek to “find joy” in the moments they share. She notes that Donald is keen to please Melania and shows deep care for her, revealing that they are constantly inquiring about each other when their work keeps them separate, reports .
In her blockbuster memoir, divulges that Donald was entertaining another lady when he first made a move on her. Refusing to give him her number because of his date, she instead decided to get his number.
The former First Lady also shared insights into the couple’s mutual enjoyment of music and cinema. She discloses in her book: “We share a love for and . Whenever he had music playing at home, he’d crank up the volume and pull me into a spontaneous dance.”

“And when it came to movies, we enjoyed everything from Westerns to old classics to dramas. His taste was eclectic, just like mine.”
“We visited the theater regularly, seeing almost every new release. Our evenings were filled with the excitement of baseball games, football games, and boxing events.”
She recounts their wedding which took place on January 22, 2005, with a ceremony at the Episcopal Church of Bethesda-by-the-Sea and the reception at Donald’s opulent Mar-a-Lago Club in Palm Beach, Florida.
