Laurence, renowned for his stint on , has suggested that despite sharing the home, each couple has their “own space” in the vast rural estate, revealing that the house has been “split” to allow for “complete autonomy” for each family unit.
While fans eagerly anticipate the new reality series, various social media posts from Laurence offer a sneak peek into the manor’s interior and exterior, including a recent post showcasing the grand front garden and the house’s impressive windows after Laurence returned from a trip in 2022.

Upon venturing into the lush outdoors, visitors are met with a quaint swing set amidst a verdant array of plants and a stunning pond. The designer playfully remarked on his garden’s verdure, quipping: “The thing about my garden is you’ve gotta like green.”

Laurence divulged details of his unique home life on the My Dirty Laundry podcast earlier this year, saying: “We’re looking at doing all sorts of work to basically reconfigure the way that we live so the three households [each] have our own space in what can only be described as a little manor house on the prairie.”
He further commented: “I think its something that I think more and more people should be doing.”

On the same podcast episode, Laurence also mentioned: “Now we’ve got our sort of big echoey manor house full of life and children and really irritating brightly coloured bits of plastic and Peppa Pig again.”
In a candid chat with the Times, Laurence divulged: “[Myself and Jackie] were rattling round our six-bedroom manor house like dried peas in a luxury tin, so why not consolidate into a homestead? A hundred and fifty years ago, no one left home – and it very much works for us. We’ve split it so we have separate quarters and complete autonomy.”
He also revealed during the interview that Hermione lives “next door” while Cecile has made her home in a “converted garage block” on the estate.
