Deal or No Deal fans were left “on tenterhooks” as a contestant became the show’s highest ever winner.
Monday’s (February 3) episode saw paralegal Nay Nay being selected at random to play the game, in the hopes of winning the £100,000 cash prize.
The contestant quickly told host Stephen Mulhern that she was going to the end of the game and relying on the contents of her box, with no banker offers able to tempt her.
“It will be heartbreaking to go home with a blue, but I do believe that what I’ve picked is what I’m destined to have. I’m at peace with that, I won’t regret my decision,” she said.

After getting rid of the £10,000 and £25,000 in the first round, Nay Nay’s “no strategy” plan started working wonders, with a flurry of blue boxes being eliminated from the board.
“I’ve never seen anything like this, this is quite the game,” said a shocked Stephen when the final blue was removed, leaving only a group of impressive reds – including the £75,000 and £100,000.
“I have never seen this, this is a once in a lifetime board. You’ve wiped the blues out,” Stephen continued, while a fan on X (formerly Twitter) said: “You’re putting us on tenterhooks with this, Nay Nay.”
Towards the end of the episode, Nay Nay was left with the two highest boxes, which made the banker “furious”. After receiving the highest ever offer of £82,700, Nay Nay said “no deal”, before learning that her box held the £75,000 all along.
