John Horn, 38, was arrested at his home
Footage shows a being arrested at his home while sat in underwear.
In the clip, John Horn, 38, is read his rights as an officer tells him he’s under arrest for conspiring to supply.
The arrest took place in Ramsgate as Kent Police caught the man.
Horn is sat in just his boxers and replies “yep” to the officers when they ask him if he understands his caution.
In the background, a woman can be seen walking down the stairs to the scene – the happened on March 21 2024.

Police had discovered that Horn was the ringleader of an organised crime group which had been supplying class A .
Another drug dealer, Oliver Eyles, 36, was also arrested. He had been managing the running of their which had been based in Thanet.
In total, five members of the gang had pleaded guilty to conspiring to supply cocaine and appeared at Canterbury Crown Court for sentencing on Thursday.
Horn, of Highfield Road, was sentenced to six years and six months’ imprisonment.
Eyles, of Lavender Lane, Ramsgate, was jailed for five years and six months.
Others involved in the gang were also sentenced – Joseph Shuttleworth, 35, of Orchard Close, Ramsgate, received a custodial sentence of two years and four months.

Jason Tse, 41, of Beach Road, Westgate, was sentenced to three years and 10 months’ imprisonment.
Finally, Christopher Palmer, 34, of Nixon Avenue, Ramsgate, received a two-year suspended .
Investigating officer Detective Constable Nicola Emery said: “Organised crime groups are often run like businesses with each member having clearly defined roles and responsibilities.
“John Horn sat at the very top of this particular criminal network and whilst he rarely handled any himself, it was very clear he played a leading role in the supply of cocaine to users across east Kent.
“He thought that by having other criminals do his dirty work for him, it would reduce the risk of him being arrested and sent to prison.”
