Apple Cider Vinegar tells multiple cancer stories
Apple Cider Vinegar, Netflix’s upcoming drama series, delves into the strange but true narrative of Belle Gibson, portrayed by Kaitlyn Dever, who famously fabricated having a brain tumour. Set to premiere on February 6, the limited series has already stirred global intrigue after its startling trailer made waves across the internet.
The anticipation is palpable as viewers eagerly await Dever’s performance as the infamous Australian hoaxer.
Riding high on a vast social media gathering, Belle disclosed that she had brain cancer and claimed she was self-healing through natural therapies. She launched The Whole Pantry, an enormously popular mobile application packed with healthy recipes and lifestyle advice.
However, as her digital influence soared, so did the scale of her deception, until the truth emerged in a 2015 interview where she confessed, “none of it is true”.
Prior to its release, fans of Dever have taken to to express their thoughts. R_u_seriousclark commented, “This story is frightening. I had never heard of it before today.”

“It’s also capitalizing on people who can’t take their eyes off of a train wreck… I, for one, fall into that category and I would definitely watch this.”
Fellow user TrueCryptographer982 also chimed in with their swift endorsement: “You know how sometimes you know from the first 10 seconds whether or not this is going to be for you. It’s a yes from me!”.
Compliments have been pouring in for the talented Kaitlyn Dever, with AndarianDequer’s glowing praise standing out: “I love her. I don’t know the name of the movie but I first saw her in that one where she was violated and no one would believe her.”
