The launch of the quiz coincides with a new poll that highlights men’s eagerness to take control of their mental, physical, and emotional well-being in the new year.
The poll involved 1,000 men found that over half have vowed to commit to making meaningful change in their lives in 2025. Men are increasingly aware of the toll that modern life has taken on their well-being.
Many admit to feeling overwhelmed by daily demands, while six in 10 believe they are not living up to their full potential. A third said they feel as though they’re missing out by not doing the things they love, and 36% admitted that excessive screen time or other valueless activities often take up most of their time.
It uncovered that the top goals for men include prioritising their physical health, seeking greater happiness, and boosting their mental well-being. As it stands an impressive 95% are already making steps towards doing so.
According to the survey more than a third are spending more time in nature as a way to reset, while 31% are working on improving their work/life balance. Other popular actions include maintaining a more balanced diet and learning a new skill.

The research was commissioned by Vitabiotics Wellman, which has teamed up with transformation coach David James Seed to provide practical advice for men looking to regain control over their lives.
Seed emphasises the importance of mindfulness and connection for genuine change.“The culture around us keeps many stuck in their heads, caught in emotions, and disconnected from the present moment—the only place where real change happens,” he explained.
He also highlighted the practical benefits of breathwork: “Through deep breathwork, mindful nutrition, and a balanced diet, we can break that cycle—stepping out of our minds and into our hearts, where truth and clarity reside.”
Combined with a nutrient-rich diet, this practice can lay a solid foundation for improved well-being. “When we fuel our bodies with intention and align our breath with the present, we cultivate resilience, clarity, and deeper self-connection,” he added.

“In today’s fast-paced world, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed, but taking simple, intentional steps towards self-care is vital.
