Businessman Lord has taken a swipe at American president, and former host of the US version of The Apprentice,
During a recent interview in The Times, the outspoken media personality and mogul aired his views on Trump, and gave his verdict on his credentials as a former businessman.
Lord Sugar confessed he finds it “unbelievable” that the TV personality has managed to return to the Oval Office.
He explained: “But I’m English and the mindset here is totally different. You’ve got people building Donald up as this great businessman which, when he was on The Apprentice, he wasn’t.
“But they love him, so good luck to him,” ‘s The Apprentice presenter admitted.

Lord Sugar also shared how he once nearly came face to face with the former US Apprentice star but was too reluctant to speak to him in the end, after seeing that he was surrounded by “50 security guys”.
He recalled: “I was 20 yards away from Donald and my wife said, ‘Why don’t you go and say hello?’
“Now, I’m not normally shy but I thought, ‘I can’t go up, he has about 50 security guys around him, they’ll grab me and drag me away.’”
Making his money via his electronics company, Amstrad, after founding the company aged 21 in 1968, Lord Sugar was also the chairman and part owner of FC from 1991 to 2001.

However, it is probably for his role as the ‘boss’ on One’s The Apprentice that the entrepeneur is most well-known. Over the course of a series of episodes, contestants will vie for the chance to claim the top prize of £250,000.
While winners of the show pick up a huge award for their achievements, not all have gone on to make a success of their businesses in the years that followed, but Lord Sugar has admitted that he doesn’t feel any guilt at those that haven’t been succesful in their endeavours after the show.
He said: “I’m proud of the five (millionaires) and I don’t feel guilty about the ones who failed. We’re not playing silly buggers here. This is the real world and you’ve got to be tough to win.”
The Apprentice is set to return to our screen’s tonight for it’s 19th season. Fans of the show can catch Lord Sugar, Baroness Karren Brady, and Tim Campbell this evening on One at 9pm.
