A long-haul, low-cost French airline has touched down in Quebec, this week announcing direct Montreal-Paris flights beginning on April 30.

The airline has already sold 15,000 tickets “without having made any communication here on the Quebec market” French bee executive vice-president Gregory Jamet said during a press conference this week. “That is beyond our expectations.”
