Calvin Robinson has been dismissed by the Anglican Catholic Church
Former presenter ‘Father’ Calvin Robinson has been kicked out his church after seemingly mimicking ’s “Nazi” salute at a rally in the United States.
Mr Robinson was speaking at the National Pro-Life Summit in Washington DC when he concluded his remarks with the same “my heart goes out to you” line, before putting his hand to his chest and raising it in the air.
Yesterday the United States Anglican Catholic Church published a statement revealing that Mr Robinson had already been warned “that online trolling and other such actions are incompatible with a priestly vocation and told to desist”.
Announcing his sacking, they confirmed: “Clearly, he has not, and as such, his license in this Church has been revoked. He is no longer serving as a priest in the ACC.”
The church added that the Holocaust “was an episode of unspeakable horror” and confirmed their condemnation of Nazi ideology.

Elon Musk’s gesture sparked days of controversy
They added: “We believe that those who mimic the Nazi salute, even as a joke or an attempt to troll their opponents, trivialize the horror of the Holocaust and diminish the sacrifice of those who fought against its perpetrators.”
“Such actions are harmful, divisive, and contrary to the tenets of Christian charity.”
In a statement this morning, Mr Robinson insisted he is “not a Nazi”, and he had merely been mocking the “hysterical ‘liberals’ who called a Nazi for quite clearly showing the audience his heart was with them.”
He claimed American left-wingers had failed to understand his British “dry wit”, but will ‘take the consequences as they come”.
