Half tbsp sunflower or vegetable oil
Half tsp dried oregano
Half tsp paprika
Half tsp mustard powder
Half tsp onion powder
25g parmesan, finely grated
Cooked greens and peas, to serve (optional)

Preheat the air fryer to 190C. Place the pork chops in a bowl, drizzle with oil, and rub it evenly over the surface.
Next, mix together oregano, paprika, mustard powder, onion powder, parmesan, half teaspoon of salt, and half teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper.
Sprinkle this seasoning mix generously over the pork chops, making sure they’re fully coated.
