Raids are underway Wednesday afternoon at two cannabis dispensaries linked to activist Dana Larsen.

“Our mushroom dispensaries are not being raided. Just the cannabis ones.

The two locations operate under the brand The Medicinal Cannabis Dispensary, are located at 649 East Hastings and 1182 Thurlow.
It was unclear what prompted the raids.
“If we were to get some of that money back, it’d be nice,” he said.
“It really affects our ‘get your drugs tested program,’ which we put most of our money toward, and it’s been very challenging keeping that going when we have these huge financial losses.”
While Larsen is named in that civil forfeiture suit as a defendant, he said he doesn’t own any of the money seized by Vancouver police and that he was connected only as a spokesperson for the businesses operated by the Strathcona Tea Society.
