The mystery thriller series Paradise is available for streaming on Hulu and Disney Plus. The plot revolves around security guard Xavier Collins, portrayed by Sterling K Brown, who investigates the suspicious death of President Cal Bradford, played by James Marsden.

Xavier, being the last person to see Cal alive, becomes a prime suspect and has to assert his innocence. As he delves deeper into the case, he begins to suspect a few key individuals.

The premiere featured the first three episodes, with the third episode, The Architect of Social Wellbeing, introducing a new suspect. Agents Billy Page (Jon Beavers) and Jane Driscoll (Nicole Brydon Bloom), who are in a relationship, find themselves under pressure from the investigation.

As Xavier grows closer to therapist Gabriela Torabi (Sarah Shahi), she warns him that before his death, Cal had cautioned her about Billy. This shocks Xavier as he had taken Billy into his home and they had become very close following his wife’s death.

The third episode concludes with Billy appearing suspicious as he pulls up outside Xavier’s house, spying on his daughter.
