Champions League viewers fume at TNT Sports’ goals show with same complaint

TNT Sports viewers were left fuming with the confusing nature of the broadcaster’s Champions League Goals Show. Eighteen European fixtures are being played on Wednesday evening.

A centralised goals show was supposed to keep fans informed as goals were scored in each match. However, viewers found it difficult to locate among the swathe of live football being shown by TNT Sports.

The goals show was technically not being shown on a linear TNT Sports channel. Instead, anyone wanting to keep across all the matches had to select any of the channels before clicking the red button to find the programme.

Discovery+ subscribers could find the goals show on their app.

Many viewers complained that the programme was too difficult to find on their television sets.

“Are you honestly telling me on the biggest Champions League night of the season the f***ing morons at @footballontnt don’t have the goals show on one of their channels? Utterly idiotic,” posted X user @mikeinmcr.

“Can @SkySports please get European football back.”

@gcooney93 added: “And so on the bonkers 18-game finale to the Champions League, TNT have hidden their ideal Goals Show on a red button, and so can’t be watched on Sky Go.”

“Whoever decided to hide this of all goal show nights behind the red button is nuts,” said @Brezsean.

@derekgoulding concluded: “On the night of all nights, the Goals Show is not available for @NOWTV customers because it’s on a channel above TNT4. What’s the point in paying for it? It should have been advertised as a limited service.”
