Wynne Evans has reportedly split from his girlfriend, Liz.
star has reportedly split from his girlfriend, Liz Brookes, after just under a year together. The opera singer began dating the events manager last year after his 16-year marriage broke down.
Liz supported Wynne during his time on the show, including after he was embroiled in a scandal over a “joke” in which moved his hand from her waist.
In another moment, the professional dancer appeared to not want to high-five her celebrity partner, which they called “a running joke”.
According to a source, Liz was “humiliated” by the controversies. They told : “Liz always knew he was a bit old school, and actually liked the fact he seemed rough round the edges. She just assumed it was all part of his charm.
“But Wynne seemed to develop a particularly close relationship with Katya and seems to have gotten carried away which many suspected contributed to ‘gropegate’ happening…It was very difficult for Liz, but she continued to back him throughout the rest of the contest.”

Wynne Evans has stepped away from the Strictly Live Tour.
The source explained that the pair separated before the Strictly Live Tour began, adding: “It’s not clear exactly when they split, but friends say that when his latest lewd gaffe was revealed at the Strictly Live Tour launch she was relieved they were no longer together.”
It comes after Wynne issued an apology for his latest controversy, which occurred when he was caught making an “inappropriate and unacceptable” remark during the tour launch earlier this month.
He said in a statement: “I’ve agreed with the that I’ll take some time out from my radio show and the Strictly Live tour, as well as my other public commitments, to prioritise my wellbeing.
“I am deeply sorry for the pain my inappropriate actions have caused, and plan to take this time for self-reflection.
“Apologies to those I won’t get to see at the remaining performances and I’m grateful to my fellow tour gang for all the amazing support they have given me.”
Katya reposted the message and wrote: “Let’s show humanity and consideration. I will miss you darling boy.”
It is understood that Wynne was given a stern warning over the remark by tour producers.
A spokesman for the Strictly Live Tour and Studios said: “We were not previously aware of the remark and did not receive any complaints.
“We have made it very clear to Wynne that we do not tolerate such behaviour on the tour.”
