And now a source has allegedly stepped forward to speak to prestigious US publication Vanity Fair claiming Meghan was “really, really, really awful” to work for, labelling the stint as “painful”, with some staff allegedly needing “long-term therapy” after leaving.
Meghan has always denied accusations of bullying and branded them a smear campaign, while other former members of staff have previously come forward to defend her.

Amidst these revelations, a source hinted that Meghan’s unpredictability might have serious implications for her team.
An insider divulged to Vanity Fair, saying: “She’s constantly playing checkers – I’m not even going to say chess – but she’s just very aware of where everybody is on her board. And when you are not in, you are to be thrown to the wolves at any given moment.”
Despite this, Meghan has always staunchly denied accusations that she ‘bullied’ her staff, labeling such claims as the product of a “calculated smear campaign” against her, with loyal former employees standing up in her defence.
In 2023, Meghan and Harry concluded their highly discussed Archetypes podcast, with both the couple and Spotify acknowledging their collaboration had come to an end. They ensured to state that the ending was “mutual” and underlined their pride in “proud of the series we made together.”
