has finally spoken out following After Wynne announced his mutual decision with the to withdraw from the tour, Katya took to Stories, reposting his message.
The professional dancer added: “Let’s show humanity and consideration. I will miss you my darling boy.”
Earlier on Tuesday, Wynne confirmed his departure and his agreement with the to “take some time out” from his radio show and the live tour “to prioritise my wellbeing”.
His statement read: “I’ve agreed with the that I’ll take some time out from my radio show and the Strictly Live tour, as well as my other public commitments, to prioritise my wellbeing.
“I am deeply sorry for the pain my inappropriate actions have caused, and plan to take this time for self-reflection. Apologies to those I won’t get to see at the remaining performances and I’m grateful to my fellow tour gang for all the amazing support they have given me.”

Just before his unsuitable comment, Wynne had described to Mirror how dance partner Katya “puts up with me”. Reflecting on the moment before the controversy, he said: “It is really nice, it is lovely. She is lovely, she is very fun and she puts up with me which is very hard.”
He also pondered his experience on Strictly, expressing: “I really enjoyed my time on Strictly. It was really good. I had a great time. I learned a new skill, made a new friend. Not Katya. Obviously Jamie, no Katya. It was just brilliant.
“It was a really uplifting experience and one of personal growth.”
