A nine-bedroom mansion once owned by and his Genesis bandmates is hitting the market for less than the price of a studio flat in London. 

Despite its current derelict state, this historic country house in the Ross of Mull, Scotland—set on 12 acres of land—can be yours for less than a cramped bed-sit in the capital.

Pennyghael House for just £180,000—while a studio in central London can set you back anywhere from £115,000 to a whopping £950,000, according to Zoopla and Rightmove.

Pennyghael House was initially bought by Phil Collins and English rock band Genesis in 1985.

The “Invisible Touch” hitmakers invested £500,000 into the property until its sale in 1997, reported.

Once a grand estate, the property has fallen into disrepair and is now waiting for a new owner to restore it to its former glory.

In 2021, the mansion was reportedly put for sale for offers over £5 million, before eventually hitting the market at just over £180,000.

, who are handling the sale, described Pennyghael House as a “wonderful development opportunity of a historic country house in about 11.9 acres.”

It further highlights the property’s “enchanting” woodlands and grazing, a former walled garden, and a “popular” island location.
