It’s not often I get excited about a plug, but there’s a smart charger from the team at Anker that adds some buzz when it’s time to refill those phones and PCs. This latest 140W USB C accessory not only boosts the battery in four devices at the same time, but it comes with an in-built screen that reveals just how quickly things are refilling. The full-colour display can even show heat and port details, keeping you fully informed of what’s happening to your gadgets.

I’ve been using the Anker 140W USB C Charger for the past month and it’s pretty impressive. It can boost my MacBook Pro at rapid speeds whilst still adding some juice to my iPhone and Apple Watch at the same time. In fact, it’s been charging all of my other gadgets, including Android phones, Kindles, headphones and earbuds, without needing a bunch of sockets or endless adapters clogging up my cupboards.
