Chelsea star Axel Disasi is reportedly keen to join following transfer talks with Villans boss . The 26-year-old has been a bit-part player at Stamford Bridge under and has started just four games this campaign.

signed Disasi for £38.5million in the summer of 2023 after he had starred for Monaco.

The centre-back was a regular starter under during his maiden campaign in England but has fallen out of favour since Maresca took the helm last summer.

Disasi has been unable to force his way into Maresca’s plans, despite the fact the Blues have been hit with a string of injury setbacks in central defence.

According to transfer expert , Disasi has agreed personal terms with Villa following a direct talk with Emery.

The defender is attracting interest from a host of clubs around Europe but wants to join the west Midlands side. And he will get his move if and Villa can reach a full transfer agreement.

But Maresca confirmed earlier this month that Disasi and fellow centre-back Tosin Adarabioyo could leave Stamford Bridge during the January transfer window as he exclaimed: “At the moment they are both us.

“The intention is not to allow them to go, but we are in January and anything can happen.”
