Princess Kate could be set to grace the global covers of Vogue
The has been offered the chance to appear on the cover of magazine Vogue to showcase her major role as a “global fashion icon”, it has been reported.
As reported by the , Anna Wintour – who is often described as the most powerful woman in the world of fashion – is said to have personally sent the offer to the royal.
With the offer said to have been made in the past few days, the Mail shared that Kate would be able to choose her own photographer, be in charge of styling and, lastly, decide whether she wants to do an interview for the magazine.
Almost nine years on from her first appearance on British Vogue in 2016, it has been reported that offer includes global covers – including both the UK and the US.
A source has said: “The princess has come a long way since that first cover. She’s a global fashion icon but she is so much more.

“Her brave battle against cancer while raising three young children in the public eye makes her a role model to millions. Her story would be an inspiration to so many women going through what she has gone through. She would get to chose which covers she would feature on but the UK and the US would be a given.”
The news comes just weeks after Kate shared that “it is a relief to now be in remission” earlier this month. The use of the word ‘remission’, which was first used by Kate this month, delighted many royal fans.
The 43-year-old, who is mum to Prince George, 11, Princess Charlotte, 9, and Prince Louis, 6, revealed that she had been diagnosed with an undisclosed form of cancer last March. Delighting fans, Kate revealed that her chemotherapy had come to an end in September.
In a social media message posted on January 14, which was signed off with a ‘C’, the royal thanked staff at the Royal Marsden Hospital for the “exceptional” care that she had received.
