Meghan has been urged to post on Instagram on Archie and Lilibet’s birthdays
has been urged to follow one much-loved royal tradition – but with one major tweak.
One PR expert has suggested that, having now relaunched an account, Meghan could use her platform to post public birthday messages to her children – much like the Royal Family do.
will turn six on May 6, while will celebrate her fourth birthday on June 4.
Marking the start of a new year, Meghan made her surprise return to on January 1.
Although she could follow the likes of the Prince and Princess of Wales, Riley Gardiner, the founder of , suggested that Meghan could make one change to her posts.

Encouraging Meghan to post regularly, Riley told : “Regular posts are a must – something that keeps her in the conversation without going overboard. Once a week seems like the sweet spot.
“Content-wise, her posts should feel authentic, but not too self-indulgent. A photo of her children’s birthday? Sure.”
Suggesting a change that Meghan could make to her posts for Archie and Lilibet, she added: “But it should carry some weight, not just a ‘happy birthday’ tag. Something about her reflections on motherhood and how she’s shaping their futures.”
Discussing other posts that Meghan could share, Riley suggested that she could post something with on their seventh wedding anniversary on May 19.

She added: “As for the anniversary posts with Harry, we’ve seen enough of that perfect couple narrative. So she needs to be subtle – if they’re in a post, it shouldn’t feel like a PR stunt.
“We’re looking for human moments, not the same rehearsed ‘we’re so happy together’ content that floods the feed.”
Meghan and Harry have largely kept their children out of the spotlight, but have recently uploaded a few images of them via the Duchess of Sussex’s and their Christmas card.
An image of Archie and Lilibet running into their parents’ arms was posted as one of six pictures on their 2024 Christmas card.
Meghan posted a new picture of her daughter in a reel for her late beloved dog, Guy.
Lilibet, who was dressed in pink, can be seen showing off her red hair.
