may be a much-loved member of the Royal Family, however the chances of her becoming a working royal remain slim.
Louise, who is currently still studying at St Andrews University in Scotland, is best known for being the only daughter of Prince Edward and Duchess Sophie, and one of the late Queen’s beloved grandchildren.
While the 21-year-old, like her younger brother James, is often seen at big royal events, she and is unlikely to ever do so.
Although Duchess Sophie, 60, once said she had brought her children up to understand they need to work for a living, it seems that there is another reason why Louise is unlikely to become a full-time working royal.
former royal correspondent Jennie Bond said: “It’s clear that for the next 15 years or so (depending on when Prince George decides to take up, full-time royal duties), the working Royals are going to become extremely thin on the ground.”

She continued: “But I’m doubtful that Lady Louise would ever become a full-time working royal, partly because I’m not sure she would want to, and also because The King and William know only too well that the monarchy has to be increasingly accountable to the taxpayer.
“The most common complaint about the Royal Family is that they cost too much. Extra working royals would mean extra staff, extra administration, extra security – extra cost.
“And that is not the direction that either the King or William want to take.”
It is also believed that Louise has enjoyed the privacy she has been able to have, despite the fact her uncle is King Charles, at university and beforehand at school.

In a previous interview with , her mum Sophie revealed how both Louise and James have had as normal a childhood as possible.
She said: “They go to a regular school. They go to friends for sleepovers and parties.
“At weekends, we do lots of dog-walking and stay with friends.”
Lady Louise Windsor is set to appear in public around Easter time when the family attend a church service together.
