Fortnite Godzilla game mode
developer has released a new update on PS5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PC, Android and Nintendo Switch.
The surprise new Fortnite update makes a series of balance changes to Battle Royale and Zero Build.
As you can see from the patch notes further down the page, the update improves the fire rate of Oni Shotguns.
Furthermore, Twinfire Auto Shotguns, Fury Assault Rifles, and Veiled Precision SMGs now all reload faster.
Unfortunately, however, it’s not all good news, because Epic Games has nerfed Typhoon Blades and Holo-Twister Assault Rifles.
Holo-Twister Assault Rifles shoot slightly slower and take longer to reload, while Typhoon Blades deal less damage.
Epic Games has also made changes to the Godzilla X Kong Titan Takedown game mode, which should make it more fun.
Epic explains more: “Starting today and through the weekend, Godzilla will terrorize the Island in EVERY match. We’re also buffing the big guy’s overall health.”
Finally, Epic Games has announced a Kaiju No. 8 crossover, which includes three new skins, a transformation emote and more.
