He recently took on the challenge of recreating one of iconic burgers, complete with fiery spices and luscious halloumi cheese.

Air Fryer Nando’s Chicken & Halloumi Roll Fakeaway
Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts, flattened
- 4 tbsp of Nando’s sauce
- 4-5 halloumi slices
- Garlic butter
- Ciabatta rolls
Method
Coat the chicken breasts in three tablespoons of your favourite Nando’s sauce. Then coat the halloumi slices in one tablespoon of sauce.
Add garlic butter to your ciabatta rolls. Add chicken to the air fryer for ten minutes at 200℃.
After ten minutes add the halloumi for three minutes. After a total of 13 minutes add your bread roll for two minutes so everything’s ready together.
Top the ciabatta roll with lettuce, sweet mayo, your chicken and halloumi. Serve and enjoy!
