Amanda revealed what her family think her two worst qualities are
Amanda Holden has revealed that her family would like her to “shut up and stop interrupting them” before issuing an honest career update.
The Britain’s Got Talent judge made the candid admission during a chat with her Heart Breakfast show co-host Jason King.
On the show, Amanda was tasked with guessing what she thinks her close friend and fellow TV personality, Leigh Francis would say in response to questions such as “what is the best thing” about Amanda and “what was your favourite moment with Amanda?”
However, when trying to guess what Leigh would would change about her, she gave a rare insight into her home life, as she said: “For most people I would say they want me to shut up or stop interrupting them, I don’t know if Leigh would say that.”
Before adding: “I’m going to go with that, that’s what my family would say.”

However, Leigh surprised her by saying he wished she “would make sure that she is less busy” so they could spend more time together.
Despite appreciating his sentiment, quipped that she didn’t want to change that as it would mean having “less work”. This comes after the 53-year-old recently shared a glimpse into her relationship with her two daughters.
Discussing the dynamics with her two daughters, Amanda revealed the stark contrast between them. She described her eldest, Lexi, as “super chilled”, but confessed that interactions with her 13-year-old Hollie can often escalate.

Amanda shared: “Lots of shouting. She slammed the door on me last night because I very gently asked her to leave her phone downstairs. ‘Why are you punishing me? ‘ I was like, ‘It’s not punishment; I just want you to be able to get on with what you need to do upstairs without your phone’.”
While Leigh Francis recently spoke about his friendship with , the pair have even appeared together on screen having featured in the sitcom The Holden Girls: Mandy & Myrtle on Channel 4 where Leigh played Amanda’s fictional nan.
Away from her on-screen performance with Leigh, Amanda has spent decades on our screens having first forging her career in TV when she played Sarah Trevanian in three series of ITV’s Wild at Heart. Since then, she has apeared as a judge on Britain’s Got Talent and more recenlty on Heart Breakfast with Jamie Theakston on weekdays.
