Wind warnings spark huge Clarkson’s Farm update after shop forced to close

’s girlfriend, Lisa Hogan, has thrilled fans with an update on the ongoing renovations at Diddly Squat Farm Shop, which is set to reopen in March.

: “While it’s true that the farm shop at Diddly Squat is closed as usual until March, the farm shop at the Farmer’s Dog is very much open.

Every day apart from Mondays and Tuesdays. You can grab a burger too and a pint.” He later addressed fans’ concerns about access to the farm, sharing on : “Polite reminder.

“Diddly Squat Farm Shop is closed throughout January and February.”The farm shop will reopen on Saturday 1st March 2025. This closure is normal and has been the case in previous years.

“You can still shop Diddly Squat products at The Farmer’s Dog pub which is back open as usual now.”

Today, (January 23) Lisa shared a video on the Diddly Squat official page, showing fans the progress being made on-site.

“Look at how misty it is! So this is all going to be nice and fluffy with woodchip, and then we are just cleaning down all the tables and chairs!” she explained.

“We put some nice new fluffy woodchips in the lambing barn, and I am actually really looking forward to opening in March! Hopefully, the weather improves!”

The video caption read: “Diddly Squat Farm Shop maintenance coming along nicely. Open again from the 1st March.”

Fans were delighted by the update. One commented: “Looks great so glad the council lost in the end.” Another joked: “Hopefully the weather improves and the council approves!”

The closure of the Chadlington-based shop, which began on December 30, was initially planned to end in January but has been extended through February. Meanwhile, Jeremy’s nearby pub, The Farmer’s Dog, has remained open.

At the start of 2024, there were reports of The Coach and Horses, which is located opposite his Hawkstone Brewery.

According to the , the pub was in need of an investment of £750,000 due to its “poor state.” It is understood that there was a “hole in the roof” and the pub’s agent said in a licencing meeting in February that they would like a new tenant.

Jeremy later bought the inn for less than £1 million and it is set to feature in his successful hit series, .

Since the series first aired in 2020, people have travelled all over the country to pay a visit to Diddly Squat.
