One delighted customer said: “I’ve been using Galaxy phones for years, and the is a great upgrade after I accidentally destroyed my old one. The camera is incredible, especially the 200MP feature. The zoom works so well. As expected from Samsung, the design and display are top-notch.”

A second wrote: “I have used Samsung phones for well over a decade and they are always loaded with the latest features. The S24 Ultra is no exception and is filled to the brim with next gen mobile features, primarily down to the newest inclusion, AI. Probably the nicest addition for me is the inbuilt S-Pen.

“The cameras are top notch, with a 200x zoom on the ultra. It is noticeably heavier than its predecessors, but for me this is a good thing, making it feel sturdy and expensive. The screen is bright and works very well in sunlight, with minimal to no glare.”

Unfortunately not every Amazon shopper was impressed with the , as one person explained: “This phone has sharp edges and it is very uncomfortable to hold. Not sure how this got approved from Samsung’s design team.”

Another noted: “The phone is good but battery life is not as advertised. It won’t last a full day if you use it consistently. Not happy with the battery life.”

“Love the S Pen to do detailed work or when I just want to write using a pen. The battery easily lasts all day with constant use and a few with occasional use and music playing. Quite expensive but hopefully will last a long time.”
