There’s no doubt Tim McGraw’s daughter, Audrey McGraw, has inherited her parents’ musical talent.
The country legend, 57, shared an Instagram video of his youngest daughter, 23, performing a gorgeous rendition of a Mexican folk song, “Cucurrucucú Paloma.”
“Had to post this, our baby girl Audrey bringing mom and dad to tears!” the proud dad captioned the video.
“Cucurrucucú Paloma,” a melancholy ballad about a man mourning his late lover, was written by Tomás Méndez in 1954. It was first recorded by Harry Belafonte in 1956, and was also famously recorded by Lola Beltrán in 1965.
Audrey McGraw performed her live version of the song in August in London, she shared in a recent Instagram post.
She also wrote a sweet message for her father in the comments of his post, writing, “Thank you Dad ❤️ Love y’all.”
The young singer’s haunting vocals drew praise from several musical heavyweights, including Kristin Chenoweth.
“Love her soprano!!! Effortless!” the “Wicked” star commented on Tim McGraw’s post.
Grammy winner Richard Marx also raved about the young singer’s performance.
“We have witnessed this live and felt the same and she’s not even ours!” he wrote in the comments.
Little Big Town singer Kimberly Schlapman also summed up her reaction to McGraw’s singing, writing “Wow. Wow. Wow. ♥️”
Audrey McGraw is one of three daughters Tim McGraw shares with wife Faith Hill. The country duo are also parents to Maggie McGraw, 26, and Gracie McGraw, 27.
After hearing Audrey McGraw’s vocals, many fans drew comparisons to her famous mom.
“Definitely sounds a lot like Faith and beautiful just like her too! Way to Go Audrey!” one fan wrote in the comments.
“An amazing voice all on her own🔥🎤🎼! Yet, you can hear Faith Hill in the echos,” another person commented.
Tim McGraw often gushes about his daughters’ milestones on Instagram.
“Your Mom, your sisters and I are so proud of the sweet, strong and hard working young lady you have become…..you have such great things in store for you in this beautiful life,” he wrote to Audrey on Instagram in honor of her 23rd birthday in December. “Live it! Love it! Stay just as grateful for everyday as we are for having you in our lives everyday. You are beauty and grace in every way. We love you so much!”
McGraw collaborated with her dad back in 2020 when she appeared in his “7500 OBO” music video.
