The second season of the popular Netflix spy series, The Night Agent, is on the horizon, with Gabriel Basso reprising his role as agent Peter Sutherland. The first season concluded with him bidding farewell to Rose Larkin (Luciane Buchanan) for a fresh mission.
However, it’s confirmed that Rose will be back in the action-packed series, alongside Kari Matchett as President Michelle Travers, who has previously praised Peter’s courage. The new season will introduce several new characters as Peter embarks on a perilous mission at an entirely new location.
The Night Agent quickly rose to become ‘s third-most viewed show ever following its debut and was initially planned as a limited series. However, due to its immense popularity, a brand-new storyline was developed.
Shortly after the show’s premiere, revealed plans to extend the series for two additional seasons. Here’s everything you need to know about the new cast members of season two.

Alice – Brittany Snow
Brittany Snow will portray Alice, Peter’s new partner and mentor in Night Action. The 38 year old American actress and singer is renowned for her roles in Guiding Light, John Tucker Must Die, and the Pitch Perfect films.
She was previously married to Tyler Stanaland, but they divorced last year.
Catherine – Amanda Warren
Amanda Warren will play Catherine, Peter’s new superior at Night Action. The 42 year old American actress is best known for her role as Lucy Warburton in The Leftovers.
Fans might also recognise her from the comedy series Dickinson.
Noor – Arienne Mandi
Noor, an aide at the Iranian mission to the United Nations, is portrayed by Arienne Mandi. The 30 year old American actress is recognised for her role as Dani Nunez in The L Word: Generation Q.
She has also appeared in Hawaii Five-0, NCIS: Naval Criminal Investigative Service, Agent X and NCIS: Los Angeles.
Jacob Monroe – Louis Herthum
Louis Herthum, a 68 year old American actor and producer, is best known for his role as Andy Broom on Murder, She Wrote. He’s also recognised for his portrayal of Peter Abernathy in the HBO television series Westworld.
Markus – Michael Malarkey
British-American actor and musician Michael Malarkey is known for his role as Enzo St. John in the series The Vampire Diaries. He tied the knot with English actress Nadine Lewington in 2009 and they have two sons.
The couple once starred together in an episode of Project Blue Book.

Chelsea Arrington – Fola Evans-Akingbola
Fola Evans-Akingbola, a 30 year old British actress, is known for her role as Maddie Bishop in the series Siren. Her father, Sola Akingbola, is a member of the band Jamiroquai and she is the niece of actor Jimmy Akingbola.
The star is engaged to Canadian actor Curtis Lum and they both featured in the first season of The Night Agent.
Warren – Teddy Sears
Teddy Sears, a 47-year-old American actor, is known for his roles in Raising the Bar and American Horror Story. He is married to actress Milissa Skoro.
Abbas – Navid Negahban
Navid Negahban, a 56-year-old Iranian-American actor, is known for his roles in Homeland, Legion and the live-action remake of Aladdin.
Solomon – Berto Colon
Berto Colon, a 51-year-old Puerto Rican actor, may be recognised by viewers as Cesar from Orange is the New Black. He’s also known for playing Lorenzo Tejada in Power Book II: Ghost and recently starred as Castillo in The Penguin.
Tomas – Rob Heaps
Rob Heaps, a 40-year-old British actor, is best known for his role as Ezra Bloom in the Bravo series Imposters. He also portrayed Matt French in Dare Me and Nick Laren in Partner Track.
Javad – Keon Alexander
Canadian actor Keon Alexander is renowned for his roles as Marco Inaros in The Expanse and Rami Said in Tyrant.
